ACCOMMODATION:

Upper floor:
Upon entering the upper level, you are welcomed by a living room with large windows that frame the stunning views.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts a high ceiling and tiled walls. It comes complete with a wood fired pizza oven and all modern amenities.
There are three bedrooms on this floor:
Bedroom 1: King size bed, working place, fireplace, walk-in closet, safe, air conditioning, TV, ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower and bathtub
Bedroom 2: Double size bed, air conditioning, TV, ensuite bathroom with shower
Bedroom 3: One French beds, working place, fireplace, air conditioning, bathroom with shower
All three bedrooms offer direct access to the terrace.

Lower floor:
Bedroom 4: Two French beds, bathroom with shower;
Bedroom 5: Two single beds, air conditioning, TV, shared bathroom with stand-alone shower and bathtub;
Bedroom 6: Two French beds, air conditioning, TV;
The villa’s staff quarters, two bedrooms and one bathroom, are discreetly located on this floor with their indipendent entrance from the street.
