DESCRIPTION OF THE VILLA

This is a spa villa on the Amalfi Coast with impeccable taste and amazing sea views. Crisp white walls act as a backdrop to a unique use of majolica tiles, adding a charming traditional twist.

It is a perfect villa for a group with large spaces to come together yet also intimate terraces to seek some peace and quiet.  Enjoy the gim area, cleanse in the turkish steam room or simply relax by the pool, soaking up the sun and  the stunning views.

Set on a hillside overlooking the gulf of Naples and the islands of Ischia, Procida and Capri, this is a villa that makes the most of its position. Its design lets the outside in with french doors opening to the outdoors from most rooms. All the bedrooms have air-con for your comfort and all but one are ensuite.

All your needs have been carefully considered with fluffy towels and slippers in the bedrooms and a tantalising array of extra treats that you may wish to add to your holiday. Choose a night or 2 with a cook at the villa, book a boat excursion for the whole party including  dinners on board, arrange  a massage in the wellness room or book a private chauffeur for day trips.

Lush grounds surround this terraced villa which is an ideal  base to explore the Amalfi Coast with Vesuvius, Pompeii and the city of Naples, all within easy access.

INSIDER TIPS

This is a beautiful villa which showcases one of the finest artisan crafts of the region – tile making. Known the world over, Majolica tiles add bright and colourful splashes and a sense of tradition to this otherwise modern and very comfortable villa. The perfect base to explore the tip of the Amalfi Coast from Sorrento to Positano.

GROUND FLOOR
Wellness Room.  Gim area, chromo-therapy shower, turkish steam room, shower room.
Living Room. Warm, elegant room with some choice antique pieces. Open fireplace, flat screen sat TV (local channels only), DVD player,  latop with broadband connection. Air-conditioning/heating unit. Arched windows to main terrace with outdoor living and dining.
Dining Room. Accessed via an archway from the living room.  A welcoming room with a table for 8.  (Extra chairs can be added to the table) French doors to the main terrace, perfect for serving meals al fresco.
Kitchen accessed via archway from the dining room with 3 large panoramic windows overlooking the terrace and sea.
Double bedroom accessed from the living room (1.80m), (TV ). Access to main terrace via french doors. Air con/heating unit.  
Bathroom with shower accessed from the living room with a half-bath made of Majolica tiles and marble, WC.
Separate guest WC (laundry facilities here).

FIRST FLOOR
2 double bedrooms, each with 1.80m double beds, (TV). Private terraces with sea views. Air con/heating units. Ensuite shower rooms, WC (hairdryers).

GROUNDS
2500 sqm. enclosed grounds, including a lawn area as well as terraced grounds.
30 sqm. terrace above the villa, partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof with sofas and armchairs. Views over Sorrento, the bay of Naples and Vesuvius.
Main terrace on first floor:  large 350sqm space where we envisage all socialising and dining would take place. Table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers. Feature seating with beautiful tile designs.  Views of the bay of Naples. Barbecue (Charcoal)
Rooftop pool area.   Sun loungers, tables, chairs. Bar with ice maker, wardrobe,  bathroom, external shower. The pool area, including the terrace and sun area has a fence and gate around it. The pool (35 sqm.) is open for use from the first Saturday in May to the last Saturday in September. It can be heated at advanced request at extra cost. Roman step entry, one depth throughout at 0.7m (please view the photos to see that there is a shallow edge to sit on around part of the pool).
The villa is 50m from the private car parking area (space for 4 cars), accessed via a private walkway which has approx 20 steps.

SERVICES

Included: Maid Service included 4 hours a day, 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) – dish washing not included in the service. Weekly linen change. Gas, water, electricity and Wi-Fi. Access to the spa, swimming pool and solarium. Reversible air-conditioning / winter heating. Hairdryers. Safe.

Extras (advance notice required): Additional maid service €25 per hour. Ironing service €25 per hour. Pool heating €500. Masseuse, airport transfers, day chauffeur trips, boat/yacht excursions (private or shared) to explore the coastline. Private chef from €350 per each service. Baby sitter € 20.00 per hour.

• Refundable security deposit of €1.000 must be paid in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded at the end of your stay, less any accidental damage.
