DESCRIPTION OF THE VILLA

Villa Castiglioncella is an elegant and stylish three-storey villa overlooking the sea, laid over the Amalfi Coast and perfectly positioned between the historical towns of Amalfi and Ravello. A blend of Mediterranean architecture and modern design featuring crisp contemporary interiors together with panoramic swimming pool and Spa facilities.

Five levels of furnished terraces and gardens with a picturesque views of the of the villages scattered along the coast are a great call at this white-washed villa together with breathtaking views from every room and terrace.

There are four bright and airy bedrooms, sleeping up to nine people – one of the doubles has an extra sofa bed in – all have access to a terrace. The top floor features a panoramic pool and outdoor furnitures.

Enjoy your favorite music with the built-in audio system while sipping a herbal tea in the wellness corner of the villa. You can choose between the six-seater sauna or the hammam, and take the opportunity to enhance your relaxation while you are on holiday.

This villa is a great base for easy day trips to all the attractions of the Amalfi Coast. From Villa Castiglioncella you can really enjoy the best of what the stunning region of Campania has to offer: the jaw-dropping Amalfi Coast, the romantic Sorrento, the glamorous island of Capri, the legendary Pompei and many other showplaces.

Villa Castiglioncella offers the awesome laid-back coastal experience, with several restaurants and shops within a five-minute drive along the scenic and iconic winding roads. You’ll find a great choice of amenities in nearby Atrani, Amalfi, Minori and Ravello.

ACCOMMODATION

Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, French door to awning-shaded terrace for al fresco dining.
Double bedroom (1.60m), ensuite bathroom with shower, WC, French door to private terrace, panoramic views. Single sofa bed fon an extra guest.
Full bathroom with shower, laundry room.

First Floor:
Double bedroom (1.60m), ensuite shower room with shower and Jacuzzi tub, WC, French doors to private furnished terrace with ocean view.

Lower ground floor:
Wellness area: sauna for up to 6 people, hammam, shower and relaxing corner. Use of the wellness area is charged extra at €200 per day.

2000 m2 of external grounds including 6 comfortably furnished terraces, hot tub and solarium. Breathtaking top-floor terrace with 15m x 5,5m swimming pool (depth 1m to 2.1m), 2 outdoor showers, deck chairs, shaded dining area, charcoal BBQ and bar area. Short private driveway with remote-controlled gate off main road. 19 external steps to the main entrance of the villa and 20 more steps leading up to the first floor. Private parking for up to 4 cars (1 covered parking space).

SERVICES

Included: 3 hours daily maid service 6 days per week. Change of linens twice a week (Wed and Sat). Air conditioning. Winter heating. WiFi internet. Pool towels.

Extras (advance notice required): Access to the welness area €200 per day. Additional maid service €15 per hour. Chef service on request. Villa pre-stocking €30 plus cost of grocery.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Refundable security deposit of €1500 must be paid in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded at the end of your stay, less any accidental damage.
Tourist tax to be paid locally in cash. No third-party suppliers allowed: all services will be provided by the villa management and in-house staff.
