DESCRIPTION OF THE VILLA

A large traditional coastal-style villa which has been recently restored to offer maximum comfort to its guests. This luxourious retreat features numerous terraces and panoramic views over the sea of Sorrento and volcano Vesuvius, one of the most iconic symbols of the city of Naples which peacefully unfolds to your eyes in the background. In a privileged position, not far from the center of Sorrento and its famous beaches, immersed in the greenery of the coast, ideal for those who require privacy and tranquillity.

The villa is built on three levels, two above the ground and one underground. An accommodation for those who love the Italian coastal architectural style, with white round arches, terracotta tiles and Vietri-style glazed majolica.  The restoration of the villa was meticulous, all the furnishings were designed and made to measure with the help of expert carpenters and skilled local craftsmen. The structure is presented in all its beauty in a combination of modern design and antique elements. There are real works of art on the walls, in a fusion of ancient and modern elements whose dominant theme is the sea.

Each of the 6 bedrooms has a private bathroom and terrace, in addition there is the kitchen, the living room, a common bathroom, as well as a large corridor and open spaces, all surrounded by a terraced garden which includes a swimming pool with solarium. Even the roof has a solarium on top.

This villa recognises you may simply wish to stay at home and offers you a host of services you may wish to add to your holiday such as a chef, beautician, hairdresser, chauffeur or tour guide. Nearby Sorento is a must to visit once you are able to tear yourself away from the panoramic pool.

The garden features a 4m x 10m swimming pool (depht 1.2m) and an outdoor shower; there are tables, chairs, parasols, deck chairs and sun beds. There are a couple of tall trees, a cedar and a centuries-old maritime pine, as well as some cypresses, several olive and citrus trees. The boundary walls and the external stairs are in local limestone. The entrance to the villa has an electric gate.

Refundable security deposit of €2500 must be paid in cash upon arrival. This will be refunded at the end of your stay, less any accidental damage.
