DESCRIPTION OF THE VILLA

Amalfi Coast luxury villa with seafront location, designed and built in the 1960s by the leading Italian architect Vincenzo Monaco. Villa La Fenice is set in the heart of one of the most attractive and extensive private estates of the Amalfi coast. It is positioned only few kilometers from Maiori, one of the largest village along the Amalfi Coast, and it offers a unique private retreat in an inspirational setting. Private pool, direct sea access and stunning views: set in the bare rock and overlooking the sea, surrounded by lemon trees and citrus-laden trellises, it is the ideal place for those who want to experience a dream vacation, in the comfort of a modern and elegant environment and immersed in a fascinating nature.

The entire villa is reserved for exclusive use of guests and with its 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms can accomodate up to 16 people (for larger groups, a second independent villa whithin the same estate can be booked to accomodate up to 28 people). A pleasant path leads down from the grounds to a rocky cove at the water’s edge for private use by the guests. Forr those who prefer to enjoy the fresh water and the view from a greater height, one of the grounds above hosts a panoramic salt water swimming pool, ingeniously designed to incorporate the sheer cliff wall.

Villa La Fenice can be booked all year round from Saturday to Saturday, with a full catering service. Guests are provided with golf cart for an easier access to the property which is situated at the end of a winding tarmac road.

Ground Floor
Extensive veranda with sea view, large living-room with dining area, guest bathroom with washbasin/WC, laundry/ironing-room. Fully equipped kitchen with larder and dishwasher, large cooking range with indoor barbeque grill; open-air dining area with outside kitchen. Apart from the main building, a changing-room with 4 showers and access to terrace leads to the swimming pool and a garden house.

Top Floor
1 double master bedroom, dressing-room and bathroom with shower, large bath tub. Air conditioning.

First Floor
1 double and 1 twin bedroom sharing 1 bathroom with shower. Air conditioning.

Floor Below
2 double and 2 twin bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom with shower, sea views. Air conditioning.

Garden house
Near the swimming pool, 1 double bedroom, ensuite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning

Included: Concierge service for all requests in and outside the Property. Personal Chef for preparation of lunch and dinner (Thursday off) – food and drinks not oncluded. Butler for table service for lunch, appetizer and dinner ( Thursday off). Maid for breakfast and room cleaning service (Monday off). 1 sets of bed and bath linen full change (Wednesday). Free Wi-Fi (living room and all bedrooms) NOT always guarantee. Air-conditioning / Heating. Safety box in each bedroom. 2 Small golf cart provided for driving within the property. Private swimming pool open from May to October. Private parking for 2 cars. Gym area (2 treadmill, 1 exercise bike, 1 bench and others equipment).

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

– A refundable damage deposit of €2.500 will be withheld by credit card at check-in. Client will be required to sign a waiver form for the use of the golf cart provided in the property.
– Arrival past 8pm will be considered late check-in and charged €30 per person. For arrivals past midnight, the late check-in cost is of €70 per person.
– Grocery and household costs during the rental period will be charged at check-out in the final bill with an additional fee of 20% for delivery service.
